GenSig ("the Service") is operated by GenSig (gensig.app) ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
GenSig measures the visibility of brands in answers produced by third-party AI engines, and provides related analytics, recommendations and monitoring. Results are measurements of non-deterministic systems: they are directional indicators, not guarantees, audits or certifications. We do not warrant that acting on any recommendation will change your visibility, traffic or revenue.
You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) and invoicing; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You retain all rights to the data you submit (brand configurations, notes, annotations). You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service (store, process and display that data to you and your team). How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service queries third-party AI engines (e.g. OpenAI) and displays their outputs. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of AI-generated answers, including statements about your brand or third parties. AI outputs may be inaccurate.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without uptime guarantees on self-serve plans. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes, and may discontinue the Service with at least 30 days' notice, providing a way to export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on measurements or recommendations produced by the Service.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Argentina, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
