The free plan lets you run a full analysis before subscribing, so you can evaluate exactly what GenSig measures with your own brand.
If GenSig is not what you expected, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questionnaire, no hoops. This applies to your first subscription payment only.
Renewal payments are generally not refundable, but we understand forgetting to cancel: if you contact us within 7 days of a renewal and have not materially used the Service in the new period, we will refund that renewal.
You can cancel any time from the app (Settings → Manage subscription) or by emailing support. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record; refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under local consumer law.
